In addition, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your use of the App may be subject to the terms and conditions of the platform provider (such as Apple App Store or Google Play), and you must comply with those terms.
• The platform provider is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App, and has no liability for your use of the App or any claims arising from it.
• All disclaimers, limitations of liability, and user responsibilities in these Terms apply equally to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
